Wedding details begin to tell the beautiful love story of the couple. Personalized prayer cards are a simple way to include your faith in the little details of a wedding day. It also makes the perfect keepsake! It can be used as a bookmark, hung on a fridge, or framed for a coffee table.
The image and prayer on our prayer cards were chosen intentionally to include parts of our love story. I designed our prayer cards on Canva & ordered business card sized prints from Staples.
About the prayer: During our engagement, I spent many mornings praying with the Book of Tobit. I recommend all engaged (or married) couples read through the entire Book of Tobit together! I loved the canticle of Raguel, Sarah’s dad, as he praises God for the marriage of his daughter. The prayer on the cards includes lines from his canticle, while also including our names.
About the image: Jacob gifted me this beautiful Marian print when we were dating. Over the past three years, it has been hung on five different walls (as I have moved five different times). This image has brought beauty into each room I lived in while we were dating & now hangs in our home together. It was so special to include it in the details of our wedding day. 🤍
